Pay for your Application
After you have submitted an application, you must pay $25 for each adult before we can process it.
If you are NOT approved, or do not rent from us, we will NOT refund it.
We are easy on credit problems, but not on criminal history, and prior evictions.
Your credit card bill will show a billing from Stu Silver / Zalman Velvel Inc., which is one of our companies.
